Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Companies Register
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the shareholders of EG & G Perkin Elmer Pty Limited, having its registered office at
47 Aintree Avenue, Auckland, intend to make application to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
Take further notice that unless receipt of a notice given by a liquidator in accordance with the provisions of the Ninth Schedule to the Companies Act 1993 is delivered to the Registrar, the Registrar will remove the company accordingly.
