Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator intends to apply to the Registrar for removal of the above-named company from the Register, under terms of section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that all known assets of the company have been realised.
Objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 7th day of September 2000.
