Take notice that, pursuant to section 336 (4) of the Companies Act 1955, the Registrar of Companies intends to remove Willma Holdings Limited (in liquidation) from the Register of Companies on the grounds that the Registrar has reasonable cause to believe that the affairs of the company have been fully wound up and that no liquidator is acting unless within 3 months from the date of this notice any person shows cause to the contrary.
Any objection to removal of the Company should be made to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, Private Bag
92-061, Auckland Mail Centre.
