Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Bruce Arthur Maclean, liquidator of Sita New Zealand Limited (in liquidation), gives notice that he intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland to remove the company from the New Zealand Register, under section 318 (i) (e) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the grounds that the liquidator has delivered to the Registrar for registration the documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the Act.
Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be made in writing to the Registrar of Companies no later than Friday, the 15th day of September 2000.
