Notice is given that on the 6th day of September 2000, application will be made to the District Registrar of Companies at Auckland for the removal of the above-named company from the Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to such action must be delivered on or before the 5th day of September 2000, to the District Registrar of Companies, Commercial Affairs Division, Auckland.
