Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Field Holdings Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator's final report has been delivered to the Registrar and it is now intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removal of the company, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar by the
4th day of September 2000.
