Notice of Intention to Request Removal of Company From the Register
Pursuant to Article 37 .1 of the Company Constitution
I, John Garth Lucas, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the District Registrar of Companies at Dunedin for the removal of the above-named company, on the grounds specified under Article 37 .1 (a) of the Company Constitution (refer section 318 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993).
Unless written objections are lodged with the Registrar within 20 days of the date of this notice, the company will be removed from the Register.
