Notice of Removal of the Company From the
New Zealand Share Register
David Powell, chartered accountant, has been appointed by the shareholders of Lindups Contractors Limited to action the removal of the company from the New Zealand Share Register as provided under section 318 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993.
Grounds of Removal
The company has been put into liquidation and has sold its assets and discharged in part its liabilities to all known creditors. The liquidator's final statement and statement of realisation and distribution have been sent to all known creditors. No objections to removal have been received under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Claimants
Any objection to the removal of the company from the New Zealand Share Register must be lodged with its registered office at 106 Collingwood Street, Nelson, within 20 working days of the publication of this notice.
