Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company from the Register

In accordance with section 320 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Act, I have requested the Registrar of Companies remove Pelorus Marine Farms Limited from the Register of Companies on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
In accordance with section 320 (4) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, notice is hereby given that any objections to the removal of this Company from the Register, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 31st day of August 2000.
