Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
In the matter of Waiho Limited (in liquidation), and in the matter of the Companies Act 1993:
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator's final report has been delivered to the Registrar and it is now intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register under section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removal of the company, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 12th day of August 2000.
