Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company whose registered office is situated at 1085 New North Road, Mount Albert, Auckland, on the grounds that the company ceases to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Unless written objections are lodged with the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice, the company will be removed from the Register.
