Notice of Intention to Request Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Euan Harvey, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the District Registrar of Companies at Dunedin for the removal of the above-named company, having its registered office at 19 Daly Street, South Fremantle, Western Australia 6162, on the grounds specified under section 318 (2) (a) or section 318 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993.
Unless written objections are lodged with the Registrar within 28 days of the date of this notice, the company will be removed from the Register.
