Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Company From the Register

In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Scient Holdings Limited (formerly Jansen Agencies Limited) (hereinafter called "the company"):
I, Brent Sydney Eady, company director of Auckland, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies that Scient Holdings Limited (formerly Jansen Agencies Limited), a duly registered company of Level Two, Fidelity House,
81 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland, be removed from the Register, pursuant to section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to this removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, should be made to the Registrar of Companies by the 3rd day of August 2000, being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
