Notice of Intention to Request Removal of Company From the Register
I, David Robert Appleton, a director and duly authorised person, hereby advise that I am applying to the Registrar of Companies to remove D R & J E Appleton Limited from the Register.
The company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged all its liabilities in full and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution.
Objections to this removal must be lodged with the Registrar of Companies, Hamilton, within 20 working days from the date of publication.
