Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register of Companies
Notice is given that Gwynn Eleanor Duncan, being the shareholder of the company, proposes to make application to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 320 of the Companies Act 1993, to remove C M Duncan Limited, having its registered office at 2 Lillington Road, Remuera, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register of Companies.
The company is to be removed, pursuant to section 318 (2) (a), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland no later than the 27th day of July 2000.
