Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Company From the New Zealand Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
Vaslav Properties Limited, Third Floor, 89 Courtenay Place, Wellington, gives notice that it intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register on the basis that the company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part, and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
Any objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal of the company from the New Zealand Register must be made to the Registrar by Wednesday, the 2nd day of August 2000.
