Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Liquidation of the above-named company (having its registered office at 259 Church Street, Onehunga, Auckland) is now complete.
All documents mentioned in section 257 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 have been filed with the Registrar and it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar of Companies no later than the 20th day of June 2000.
