Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955
Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register of Companies the above-named company, which has its registered office at the Official Assignee's Office, Level Two, Bower House, 26-28 Bower Street, Napier, by request, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, on the grounds that the liquidator has filed with the Registrar of Companies the final statements and reports, pursuant to sections 231 (1) and
293 of the Act.
The date by which an objection to the removal of this company, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is 28 days from the date of this notice.
