Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993 and Green Freight Wellington Limited, having its registered office at 3/128 Featherston Street, Wellington.
Notice is hereby given that it is intended that the company be removed from the Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Act, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged its full liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
Any objection to the removal must be made to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, setting out the grounds for such objection and be made no later than the 24th day of February 2000.
