Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register of Companies
Notice is given that Kam Tim Leung and Tan Yee Anda Cheng, being all the shareholders of the company, propose to make an application to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 320 of the Companies Act 1993, to remove Gain Board (NZ) Investments Limited from the New Zealand Register of Companies.
Its registered office is at care of Martelli McKegg Wells and McCormack, Level Fourteen, Arthur Anderson Tower, 209 Queen Street, Auckland.
The company is to be removed, pursuant to section 318 (2) (a), on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets
in accordance with its constitution and the Companies
Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland no later than the 6th day of July 2000.
