Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 319 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with the provisions of section 319 of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland for the removal of the above-named company.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar within
20 days of the date of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
