Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the above-named company proposes to apply for removal from the Register, on the grounds that the business has ceased to trade.
Unless, written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Companies Act 1993, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by Wednesday, the 29th of June 2000 (being not less than 28 days after the publication date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
