Notice of Intention to Remove the Above-named Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove from the New Zealand Register of Companies the above-named company, which has its registered office at the Official Assignee's Office, Level Two, Bower House, 26-28 Bower Street, Napier, by request, pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the liquidator has filed with the Registrar of Companies the final statement and report, pursuant to sections 257 (1) (a) and 318 of the Act.
The date by which an objection to the removal of this company, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is 28 days from the date of this notice.
