Take notice that the above-named company has applied to the Registrar of Companies to be removed from the Register of Companies, under section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993.
The grounds for this application are that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged all its liabilities and has distributed all of its assets.
