Notice of Intention to Request Removal of Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, that as the above-named company has not commenced trading, has no liabilities to known creditors and intends to carry on business as a sole trader, I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Hamilton to have the company removed from the Register of Companies.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar within
20 working days of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
