Notice of Intention to Remove Above-named Companies From the Register
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Fairclough Investments and J.B. Collett Limited (both in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 257 of the Companies Act 1993, that:
(a) It is intended that the above-named companies be removed from the Register, under section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 247 (1) (a) of the aforementioned Act.
(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such an objection no later than
20 working days after the date this notice is published.
