Notice of Intention to Remove Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, in pursuance of section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, that:
(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register under section 318 (1) (e) on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and that the liquidator has sent to the Registrar documents referred to in section 257 (1) (a) of the aforementioned Act.
(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar, together with grounds for such an objection, no later than Friday, the 2nd day of June 2000 (being a date not less than
20 working days after this notice).
