Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the New Zealand Register
Take notice that it is intended to remove Beaulah Valley Farm Limited ("the company") from the New Zealand Register, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the Companies Act 1993.
The registered office of the company is care of Lock & Partners, First Floor, 133 Vincent Street, Auckland.
Any objections, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, Private Bag 92-513, Wellesley Street, Auckland, by the 14th day of January 2000.
