Notice of Intention to Remove Society From the Register of Companies and Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business
Registered Office: Simpson Grierson Butler White, Level Six, Unisys House, 44-45 The Terrace, Wellington.
It is intended that the above-named society be removed from the New Zealand Register of Companies, pursuant to sections 341 (1) and (2) (a) on the grounds that the society has never carried on business in New Zealand and does not in the future intend to do so.
Dated Wednesday, the 10th day of May 2000.
