I, Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, liquidator of the following companies whose registered offices are at 26 Hobson Street, Auckland:
Capital Trucks Limited (in liquidation).
Franchise Technology Limited (in liquidation).
hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the above companies from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of companies no later than the 31st day of May 2000.
