Notice to Remove the Above-named Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
Layne Skelton, a shareholder of the above company, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, is applying for the removal from the Register of the company.
The company has ceased business and discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors.
Unless written objection, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act, is sent to the Registrar of Companies within 20 days of this notice, the company will be removed.
