Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 293 of the Companies Act 1955
We hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Gazette.
Any objection to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
