Above-named Company From the Register
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned applicant intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland after the 1st day of June 2000, pursuant to section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Lion Nathan Limited, whose registered office is situated at Level Five, Tower Two, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State of New South Wales, Australia.
