Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal From the Register of Companies

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, that as the company has ceased to carry on business, I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies to have the company removed from the Register of Companies.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies by the 26th day of May 2000 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
