Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the
New Zealand Register
The Registered Office of the Company is: Level Thirty-five, ANZ Centre, 23-29 Albert Street, Auckland.
Take notice that it is intended to remove Churton Holdings Limited ("the company") from the New Zealand Register, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, Private Bag 92-513, Wellesley Street, Auckland by Friday, the 26th day of May 2000.
