Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
James Rory Ryder hereby gives notice that it is intended to remove Cerego Trawling Company Limited from the New Zealand Register of Companies, under section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, upon the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies by the 31st day of May 2000.
