Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
The liquidators, having completed the liquidation process, have requested the Registrar to remove the above company from the New Zealand Register of Companies.
This is under the provisions of section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to removal from the Register are to be delivered to the Registrar by the 31st day of May 2000, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.
