Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
Stephen Frederick Taylor of Auckland, company director, hereby gives notice that S T Design Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, is intended to be removed from the Register of Companies, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to be made to the removal of the S T Design Limited from the Register of Companies, which objection must be made under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 14th day of February 2000, which shall be a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
