Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Millian Marketing Limited:
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, that:
(a) It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under section 318 (1) (e), on the grounds that the company has ceased trading.
(b) Any objection to the removal, under section 321, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than the 17th day of May 2000.
