Notice of Intention to Remove the Above Company From the New Zealand Register of Companies
The shareholders of Totara No. 62 Limited hereby give notice, pursuant to section 320 of the Companies Act 1993, of their intention to apply to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the New Zealand Register of Companies.
This removal is to be made under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed all its surplus assets in accordance with the company's constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal of the company from the New Zealand Register of Companies must be lodged with the Registrar of Companies by the 31st day of May 2000.
