Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Sections 318 and 319 of the Companies
Act 1993
I, Timothy Edwin Hargreaves, company director of Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies for a declaration of dissolution of Scandic (NZ) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, as the company has ceased to operate and has discharged all its debts and liabilities.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar within
20 working days from the date of the publication of posting of this notice, the Registrar may dissolve the company.
