Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, that the Registrar will be removing the above-named company from the Register on the grounds that the above-named company has ceased to carry on business.
All necessary documents referred to in section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, have been delivered to the Registrar.
Any objection to removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 9th day of May 2000.
