Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Registrar of Companies for Cafler Holdings Limited (in voluntary liquidation) to be removed from the
New Zealand Register.
Objection to this removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than the 5th day of May 2000.
