Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to Section 319 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
I advise Albany Homes Limited, with registered office at Level Eight, 120 Albert Street, Auckland, has made application to the Registrar of Companies to have the company removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, as the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the Companies
Act 1993.
Any objection to this removal must be made in writing, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, and delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
