Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal From the Register of Companies

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, that as the companies have ceased to carry on business, I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies to have the companies removed from the Register of Companies.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar by the
10th day of May 2000 (being a date not less than
20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
