Notice of Intention to Apply For Removal of Above Company From the Register
Notice is given that, pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company resolved on the 23rd day of March 2000, to have the company removed from the New Zealand Companies Register on the grounds that all business has ceased, all debts owed to creditors have been paid in full and surplus assets have been distributed to shareholders in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993.
Unless written objection to the removal of the company is delivered to the Registrar, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, within 20 working days of the date of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
