the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993
Registered Office: West Plaza, corner of Albert and Fanshawe Streets, Auckland.
The company has no surplus assets after paying its debts in full or in part and no creditor has applied to the Court, under section 241 of the Act, for an order putting the company into liquidation.
Any objection to the removal of this company, under section 321 of the Act, must be advised to the Registrar at Auckland no later than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
