New Zealand Register

Take notice that it is intended to remove Bruntwood Holdings Limited ("the company") from the New Zealand Register, under section 318 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must be delivered to the Companies Office, Private Bag 3090, Hamilton, by Friday, the 5th day of May 2000.
