Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
The liquidation of the above-named company, whose registered office is Level Two, 354 Lambton Quay, Wellington, has been completed.
The liquidator's final report and accounts, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), have been sent to the Registrar of Companies with a request that the company be removed from the Register.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by the 28th day of April 2000.
