Notice of Intention to Request Removal of Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Graeme Elford Jarvie, hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Dunedin for the removal of the above-named company, having its registered office at 40 Charlotte Street, Balclutha, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies by the 30th day of April 2000, the company will be removed from the Register.
